Mr. Nazrul Islam is a legendary entrepreneur of Bangladesh. He was born in Dhaka in 1950 with his innovation, leadership and persistence, Nazrul & Brothers built a business empire from scratch. Starting with a small chemical factory in Keranigonj in 1967, Mr. Nazrul Islam, expanded and grew his empire (Nazrul Group of Industries) within a very short span of time. He is the chairman of Nazrul Group of Industries and a pioneer industrialist in Bangladesh. He started businesses in Paints, Oil mills, Metal Industry, Marble & Granite, Trading, Real Estate, Consumer goods and was first in almost all of these areas. His passion is product quality and development.
This is one of the reasons why people believe that Ujala Paint is one brand that outlasts all others in field tests. Set up a modern paint Factory 2004 called Ujala Paint Industry at Savar, Dhaka. In 2016 the Industry was one of the most technologically advanced and sophisticated paints manufacturing facilities in the industry. Mr. Nazrul Islam is the chairman of Ujala Paint Industry.
Mr. Hamidul Islam is a legendary entrepreneur of Bangladesh. He was born in Dhaka in 1960. After completing the graduation successfully in 1985 Mr. Hamidul returned to his family business towards the end of 1985 start work with as a Director Nazrul Group Of Industries. He driven all wing of the group especially in paints he is the Managing Director of Ujala Paint industry. Is a dynamic leader who has redefined paints industrial landscape of Bangladesh. Under his guidance, Ujala paint has emerged as national powerhouse in paint, driven by innovation, growth and a vision for a resilient future.
Ashraful Islam Born in Dhaka in 1996, Ashraful Islam received his Bachelor of Marketing in the University of North South after completed the graduation successfully, Ashraf returned to family business towards the end of 2021. He has been visiting paint dealers across the country, and businesses, to better understand how the brand can serve their needs. He is also overseeing projects to differentiate brand, change culture and modernize systems in the organization.
Md. Kamrul Hasan, FCMA, is a senior finance and governance professional with over 19 years of experience in financial management, governance systems, internal control, and ERP/MIS implementation across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and technology-driven organizations. He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance, working closely with Boards.
Kamrul Hasan, CFO is responsible for managing the Color Business. In particular, he oversees across multiple departments – Accounts, Finance, Procurement, Sales. In addition to managing internal stakeholders, he has a tremendous amount of Accounts & Financial experience working with prospective buyers, clients, supplier and others.
Mr. Hasan was born on , 1979 in Cumilla. Mr. Hasan completed Master’s Degree and LLB from national University and Fellow member of ICMAB.
